Two students from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (New York City, USA) who are studying at our university as part of an academic exchange program visited our center on July 3, 2025.

Executive Director Yasumura provided an overview of the Fukushima Health Management Survey and explained the medical and health support that Fukushima Medical University has consistently provided for residents since the disaster. He also conveyed the message that we hope the students will "come," "learn," and "share" their experiences in Fukushima, where we experienced a complex disaster involving an earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear accident. The two students received this message with great enthusiasm.
