Implementation of the Mental Health and Lifestyle Survey and Support

Publicity and support for participants

1. Publicity through municipalities

• We asked the 13 participating municipalities for articles about the Survey before and after its start (Jan month-end, 2025).
• We enclose an endorsement letter from each municipality calling for cooperation for the survey when sending survey questionnaires.

2. To enhance respondents’ convenience, the period for online responses (via computers, smartphones, etc.) has been extended until the end of April.

3. Issuance and distribution of “KOKOKARA Newsletter Vol 3”.

4. Sending a reminder with a 2D code for online response

5. An individual results notification will be sent to those who responded to the survey.

6. Cooperation with municipalities

• Participation in the Social Welfare Council Meetings, etc.
• We visit the 13 participating municipalities to explain to and discuss with municipal officials about the results of the FY2022 survey.
