Implementation of the Mental Health and Lifestyle Survey and Support
Publicity and support for participants
1. Publicity through municipalities
- We request that municipalities run a publicity article in their newsletters to call for participation before sending survey questionnaires.
- We enclose an endorsement letter from each municipality calling for cooperation for the survey when sending survey questionnaires.
2. Online response
- Extension of the online response (via PCs, smartphones, etc.) period to improve convenience for respondents (through the end of April)
3. Sending "KOKOKARA Newsletter"

4. Sending a reminder with a 2D code for online response
5. Sending individual result reports
- We send result reports to individual respondents containing their questionnaire assessment form to help them understand the state of their mental health and lifestyle habits and manage their health.
6. Cooperation with municipalities
- We continuously build relationship with other support organizations by participating in meetings organized by the prefectural social welfare council, etc.
- We visit each municipality to explain to and discuss with municipal officials about the results of the survey.
